I've heard a lot of people say the same thing. In every racebook I've been to people have said they quit playing the poly. Turfway reports handle up. I wonder sometimes if they are telling the truth. I was there on KY Cup day and the crowd looked really small to me. Smallest I can remember. Maybe the poly will prove so hard to handicap that bettors will leave horseracing. I hope all tracks don't switch. And you're right . . . some horses just don't run on it. And it's tough to tell how shippers will like it.
