It actually does, there's something bothering that horse. The week before the Derby HRTV's works show caught him bearing out like that all through a work, Lukas said he shied from joggers he saw outside the gate, clearly that's not the problem, he actually looked like he was aiming for the outriders pony. I think he may be studdish as well.

I'd bet him in the Belmont. I thought it was fairly remarkable that he made the run he did.

He broke outward, big deal? Many horses do that (or inward), except they usually bump in the horse next to them and straighten out. His problem was that the closest thing to him was the outrider.
