And further to the point, if people started picking this line out of the speech, then more people could give ridiculous interpretations of it like you just did, where you seem to think that calling something that was an improbable experiment an "improbable experiment" is somehow a knock.

How that can even remotely be construed as a dig at the founding fathers is absolutely beyond me.
