Turf Ruler and I did DelMar one year online
I was in the top 10 but faded
and he finished in the top 10
but I can't remember if the winner qualified
I want to say yes, but I can't say for sure
anyway it was a hoot

I have twice qualified for the NHC. It is the greatest experience in the world. If you get an opportunity to play in a qualifying contest, definately go for it.

This is going to sound like a little grandstanding (and it probably is) but I have been doing the online contest and qualified for the NTRA this past weekend. So Yes I would highly endorse it, and I found it be a lot of fun, especially for someone like myself who live in a non gambling state, it's the next best thing to being there.
