The bigger fault lies with Rasheed Davis for offering the girl in the first place.

I cannot imagine Taylor knew what he was paying for. He probably thought he was paying for a regular college age girl. With many girls, there isn't much difference in how they look from 16 to 18, so it could be hard to tell. I just don't think a famous person would risk their image like that, he couldn't have known.
