The Derby bonus paid off $24 for Super Saver’s third place finish on the Tampa Bay Derby and $102 for the runner up spot in the Arkansas Derby. Congrats to Scav for being the only player to pick the Derby winner this year (and he got the $102 bonus, too).

Thanks mmsc. I just want to thank DerbyCat for running the contest...the time and effort she puts into it is really appreciated...it really is alot of work. Congrats to bigdog 14086 and Scav for some nice capping throughout the contest.

I'm glad everyone enjoyed the contest, I get a lot out of running it (although it didn't help me this year, I liked Zito's other horse too much ).

Congrats again to Duvalier, a worthy champion. He declined the championship trophy (can you believe that Scav?) so instead of getting that for him, a donation will be made in his name to GEVA, the horse rescue farm where Nopie lives.

Yes, it's true, DerbyCat is a mare (definitely not a filly), but really, I'm just another horse player like everyone else here.
