I don't know about his horse. I thought he was faster than the 4 early. He probably can't rate but JV certainly didn't help him much pressing the pace the way he did.
I was certainly wrong about the winner. He duplicated his CD race of last year but I couldn't take him off the strong yet perfect trip last out. |

It's funny, I was looking at his form before and wondering if he's the first horse ever to make the dirt maiden claimer in the States to listed turf stake at Ascot switch. If not, I'm pretty sure he's the first to do it successfully.
