The players know the pick 6 pool in California is going to have the money where as in NY the players really dont get invloved till they see the money.
All other tracks just dont get the players. Marketing has little to do with the size. The players already know where to place a bet. I will say that the NY players do put their money in the exata pools and I have enjoyed the payoffs.
