Phil Georgeff (?) in the '84 Million "It's John Henry, the living legend....in front!" Durkin in the '94 Woodward...."It's Holy Bull, with devastating ease" I think Durkin's call for the '95 BCC was "the invincible, the unbeatable Cigar" There was another adjective in there before those two I think...unbelievable?

Favourite American commentary is Durkin's of Arazi's BCJ in 1991: "Bertrando is a stunned second......." ".......Here indeed is a SUPERSTAR..."

Its amazing how many people were lobbying for Trevor Denman for the BC, yet only one person had him on their favorite calls list?? And there have been 3 pages of Durkin calls.

I'm not one who is excited at all about taking Durkin off the BC. He has been the voice of the BC and I still believe he is the best for a big race. He obviously struggles calling and preparing for every race but he has always been the voice of the BC. I can listen to his Tiznow calls all day and get goosebumps every single time.
