Wow, was Grasshopper's debut out of McLaughlin's barn that bad that he's 15-1 ML?
Didn't This One's For Phil tank in his only start beyond sprint distances? I'd give a long look to Supreme Summit, who uncorked some high speed figures last year and seems to have turned it around a little by learning to come from off the pace. They had planned to stretch him out in January in the San Fernando, but it looks like they took the gradual approach instead. Also, in the Inside Information, if Pinkarella and Kays And Jays are amongst the favorites in a race at 7f, I'd guess they'll be quite vulnerable. |
