I'm checking out races 5 and up,Twinspires says there is currently "light rain". Can someone here knowledgeable about this tell me how long it might take for the turf conditions might start to change to soft, yielding, etc.
Actually, I'd love to know the progression/digression of the terms used to describe turf condition, I obviously didn't describe it well
