I was as critical as anyone about Ajtebi when he was riding here but he proved in 2009 he's a money rider. In addition to the BC Juvenile win he won two on World Cup night (Eastern Anthem, Gladiatorus) and that's an accomplishment.

He won only two races in his time in America ... one on Vale of York ... and the other was an interesting riding performance on a 1/2 shot at Turf Paradice...
which you can see by doing a horse search for Street Haven at Cal Racing.

The way he rode races in the US, like that one at TuP was so odd and halting, much different than I've seen from him in Dubai this season...yet it was only days removed from his races there...strange.

Ummm I know not everyone looks at International so just thought I'd mention this in the padlock as well...
Midshipman (re-occurrence of injury) and Vale of York (colic) are both out of World Cup night.
