Not too many places offer futures for the JCGC and if they did, you wouldnt be getting 2/1. |

My Mom got me a future on Lava Man in Vegas this weekend as a gift for taking care of some chores, etc for her. I guess if this hits I can send the ticket to the casino and they send me a check?

Yes, send it back after he wins the Classic and they will mail you a check. Make sure you insure when you mail it, costs like $4.

Typically they are giving 7/1, 8/1 on the Lava Man to win the Classic. I couldnt imagine it being any higher or any lower than that.

Vegas books are a joke. They don't want real action....An unnamed large book out there needed to call the head of the race + sportsbook for me to put a grand on a matchup between Smarty and Lion Heart in the Derby. This isn't 20 grand and it was a week before the Derby. They could balance action easily. (By the way, Smarty was a dog in that matchup--like printing money)
