I understand his vision and it actually makes sense to some degree. It just wasn't done very well at Gulfstream.

Top 3 sightseek? I know you have been to some pretty serious tracks. Would you rate the current gulfstream over:

Arlington park?
Saratoga?
Keeneland?
Santa Anita?
Del Mar?
Charlestown?
