as if those "pillows" are big enough to do anything with. i can get more comfort from four cottonballs stuffed in a sock.

and those blankets? how many diseases and germs do you suppose are lurking in those things? no thanks.

I think you get to keep the blanket and pillow in a set. Jetblue even does a bag to carry it in.

Lets face it...airline margins are razor thin and they need revenue any way they can get it.
