Border security is an important issue for exactly that reason. If we can't stop several million ( by anyone's count) illegals coming in from the south how could we expect to catch 20 determined Terrorists from sneaking through with a biological weapon or a dirty nuke? We are busy watching airports for underwear bombs. Maybe it is just a smokescreen for whatever diabolical crap these guys sit around, pray, and come up with.
