one other point....ships movement was always considered classified info. not top secret mind you, but definitely classified...tony would know he would be deployed 'soon' but exact dates were always given just before sailing. just like the enterprise could actually show up in port today...altho in this day and age, i'm sure a reporter would give the heads up..

lol i wonder if these guys posted an article saying we were going to war with china back when they had their war games in the vicinity of taiwan...we always go on high alert when other countries do things like that.
