* Wes Welker didn't play due to injury. Edellman was playing with a broken forearm. The defensive tackles were both coming back from injuries.

I think health had something to do with NE's performance today. They're not that bad. It's like watching a consistant Graded Stakes performer running a 72 Beyer on his best track at his best distance.

Did Moss even play today ? I didn't hear his name once. Another year and no ring for him.
