I agree it's really going to be a tough year. I think as far as the horse industry goes it might be a few years before it gets back to normal.

this could actually help the business of actually, dare i say. racing horses. theres been too much loose money on the breeding end. with no incentive to continue racing. maybe racing will be racing again, where they run at age 4 and 5.

Tracks are cutting purses and dates. That means less money to run for and the need for fewer horses. I'd venture that the market will continue to be very weak through '10 and '11.
