I hear you doc. But its more perplexing to me why this horse is so highly regarded (a threat to Rachel!) when he really hasnt done anything that would merit such hype.

Perhaps he becomes that horse. I dont think he will.

it's a shame they (the owners) pushed him back in april after the GP injury , he needed the time off , we will never know how good he would have been because of derby fever

has not done anything? on a fast track the horse has never been tried, johnny stands up looking around for competition and there is none. i'll admit he did not look as good on wet tracks. the amsterdam at saratoga was abouth the most impressive race i saw at the meet last year (he broke the record in a jog) i see alot of upside, if this horse stays healthy, which is always the issue with these horses. this horse is no macho again, bullsbay or some of the other 4 yo rejects we were stuck with last year, i'll gauruntee that.
