Yeah if we take that outlook on people then you would fall under the "get caught sucking strange cock at a truck stop" category being a hardcore republican and whatnot.

Well not all moviegoers are dopers just like all republicans aren't closet homos. Thus the post.

Went and saw it yesterday... A really good movie...took some getting time getting use to the 3-D, but the best special effects have ever seen. Worth every penny spent to see it.

Default I seldom go to the movies

Roger Dean is thinking about suing Avatar for ripping him off. Heck who didn't they rip off? The only thing good about the movie was the special effects. The message was enough to make you walk out.

I don't know what message your referring to... Perhaps I was too caught up in the special effects, but I came away feeling like good prevailed over evil.

My top ten since 2000:

10) Being John Malkovich
9) The Squid and the Whale
8) Mystic River
7) Match Point
6) Sideways
5) Adaptation
4) Little Children
3) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
2) Before Sunset
1) The Diving Bell and the Butterfly

I never really thought about it before, but I guess Charlie Kaufman really is responsible (at least partially) for three of my ten favorite movies in the last decade.

My top five most overrated movies of the decade:

5) Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (A good movie, but I'm still not sure how this movie won tons of awards despite being the worst offering in the trilogy).

4) Gladiator (Ummm.....okay....what is supposed to be good about this movie?)

3) Michael Clayton (Above average movie that somehow garnered more critical acclaim and box office attendance than it deserved).

2) Avatar (Visually amazing, and it is worth seeing for that, but the script reads like somebody told Cameron to take all of the worst elements of Dances with Wolves and The Matrix and combine them into one movie).

1) Moulin Rouge (One of the worst movies of the decade and yet it somehow made a bunch of money and won a lot of awards. Insane.)
