![]() It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 liter of water each day
at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 1 kilo of Escherichia coli bacter ia found in feces. In other words, we are consuming 1 kilo of ****. However, we do not run that risk when drinking beer (or rum, whiskey, wine or other liquors) because alcohol has to go through a distillation process of boiling, filtering and fermenting. ![]() I probably drink too much water. 2 gallons a day while I am working. As far as vitamins, a basic multivitamin and an additonal 500mg of Vitamin C.
I eat the same breakfast almost every day of the year- Kellogs Raisin Bran and an english muffin with butter and a glass of Tropicana OJ. Then I have a couple cups of coffee. Also every day I eat one MetRx bar. |
