I'd lean towards thinking he retired. He's over 70 and I know his wife died last year. . . He had been with Robsham Racing for a while. . .

He didn't retire. They split about 4-5 weeks ago. Hough will be 62 in February.

Wow my math's bad. . . Should've known since he doesn't look that old. That's a shame for him - always an underappreciated trainer and all his horses of consequence lately have been for Robsham.
