Healthcare reform, like Medicare, will be adjusted over time to do what it needs to do, in a better manner than now implemented (not leaving out 10 million uninsured) Right now, the CBO predicts it (the Senate version if implemented unchanged) will be clearly cost-effective, and reduce the budget deficit over the next 20 years by billions.
