I heard that he just started training again. He is on the East coast. I'm not sure whose barn he is in. I would guess that it is Dutrow. He could just be jogging or galloping at a farm for all I know. I didn't get any details but I do know that he is back East. Considering that Lanzman has controlling interest, I'm surprised that the horse isn't out on the West coast.

As far as the legal battle, I think it is ongoing.
