They are the play moneyline in Phoenix. The Suns are 8-0 at home, this line opens at only 3 and they are betting San Antonio its now 2 at sportsbook. This line is begging you to bet the Suns. Im betting the Spurs moneyline.

Same thing happened in the NFL game last night when AZ opened -1.5, went all the way up to 4...
