If it has to be one I'd prefer it to be CD, but I have no idea why it has to be. Belmont is a great location.

Maybe because not everyone lives in NY, although I know most New Yorkers feel that way

Belmont is the only place to have it. The new york media is the world's "best/worse" and the jump off point for the Euro's and Middle East connections. Screw the rest of the country! (JK)
