My only question is how come the Red Sox sweep the Cardinals in 2004 after a very tiring 7 games with the Yankees, coming back from the dead? You cant tell me those pitchers werent tired?

No Tim they werent, dont you remember that series?
You got blown out so badly in a few games that you lost that the starters were removed anywhere from innings 2-4. They didn't pitch as many innings. The Yanks Boston series in 2003 were tight games where starters stayed in a long time, and then at the end both teams were using starters on no rest as relievers. Apples and oranges Tim. Come on, you have a better memory than that.
