Why does anybody care about a comedy show? I don't particularly care about the sex. This guy is lucky enough that he can do the things I say. The less fortunate must continue to lie, n' repress. Tell everyone what his wife has decided to do (divorce him, or continue to love the partial dog that she fell in love with.) This would mean giving up his bullshit monogamous facade. Yea, Tiger likes to win, cuss, and try a new sex partner once in a while.

3) Don't lie to the police about whether you're going to meet them. Don't lie to them about the accident.

4) Don't take 60 hours to decide if ya wife is a hero, or a psycho.

5) Don't abandon your own golf tournament.

6) You're probably saying that admitting to being a partial dog is not Honorable? Try everyone knowing it, and you keep lying about it. That's a lot worse.

It's about being a liar. How do you expect to ever get a fair shake owning horses if you're willing to overlook when someone important lies? Oh well, somebody is cheating ya.........Tiger's a very important person in this society. He's our most cherished athlete. He certainly is someone my own father adores. Tons of people look up to him. Before this, I think he could of gotten himself elected President someday. You're talking about a sport that relies on people being honest. He's not doing it. He just let about 300 million (in this country alone) know that you can get away with lying to the police. Face it, he's probably our most favorite American Person. Just look at what 2 or 3 on here routinely keep saying about him. He could do about anything, n' they'd be cool with it. He's probably someone they really, really like. If they saw him lie about that accident, don't you think their attitude about lying to the police has changed a bit? "Ends justifies the means" just hit one out of the park. Also, I don't agree that you don't care. Anybody who keeps coming into a thread is interested in the subject matter. If you want someone to stop writing about a subject, then you care a lot about that subject. Don't try to intimidate me like you n' Danzig just did. I'm not writing about you. OK..maybe I'm different, but I think athletes, "celebrities", etc should not be looked up to, put on a pedestle, etc. So if think it's only fair that if I see Tiger Woods in an airport and could care less, or have someone "famous" on my flight and could care less, that if he has marital issues, it's no one's business but their's and the laws if he breaks one. Kids should look at Doctors, scientists, authors as role models..not athletes and especially not actors or celebrities. But that's certainly an IMO, but since you sorta' asked..

See, if the dude had come out about it on Friday, or Saturday, then this wouldn't probably of gone down like this. He had a chance to avoid some of this, but he blew it. I think Tiger is real stubborn, and refused to take expert advice from people around him.

No, this is not some Euro country that encourages looking out for one another. We may want it to be, but it's not. It's about the dollar. Even health care is about the dollar. Seems to be the way people here want it to be. So, they are gunna look up to those making the dollars. The guy started a big charity to help kids. It's not like he hides from kids. He's a lot of kids' role model. He makes a lot of money. He has his own line of stuff that companies want people to buy (video games, clothing, cars, golf equipment, shaving crap.) Those are American role models. Not some research scientist in debt. Not a teacher. People who make the most money (and the public knows about) are the role models in a country that's this Capitalistic. Poor kids look up to them. Middle Class kids look up to them. Rich Kids look up to them. That's America. Like it or not. That's what this form of Capitalism creates. If they see El Tigre getting away with lying about an accident, then a whole lot of kids just learned it's kool to try to do the same thing.

You're not different. The fascination with celebrities and their personal lives is something I've never understood.

BTW, for role models, kids should look to their parents first. Hopefully, their parents will not let them down.
