![]() Just easily dusted a very salty overnight field at the Downs. Could be a nice sprinting prospect for next year.

While I don't disagree that he is a serious horse, I don't think he beat much in the race. 1) Iowa bred that ran big first poly but top of 91 lifetime Beyer 2) Had big slop win at Churchill but, recent dirt numbers have been subpar 3) 7 year old that is past his prime, still consistent though 4) No 5) Mountaineer horse 6) Turf horse 7) 111 Beyer last time with spaced out races 8) Recent form good 9) Completely off form and major win was in slop |

Maybe very salty was too strong, but it was at least solid and CfC toyed with them. |

Sloppy Dirt vs fast dirt is no different then Polytrack vs Dirt, if you ask me |

![]() Regardless of the field, this is a nice horse. Joey, you beat me to it. Hes one to watch for next year and I think I read somewhere the owner/trainer were going to run him in this year's sprint had it not been run on the crap.
Would have loved to seen him opt for Thursday's Fall Highweight instead but he got an easy win today. Next is probably Gulfstream. |
