Get Shorty was a riot. I loved it. especially Barboni.
In addition to The Blair Witch Project, Caddyshack II, and Face Off, which all made me root against the main characters; I will also submit Eyes Wide Shut. I like Kubrick, but that mess was painful to watch.

Another 2 bad films......
These goes into a category of bad films with talented actors who are wasted!
From 1999 " The Astronaut's Wife " Johnny Depp, Charlize Theron, and Joe Morton, fine talents all, but a dog of a script that gave them nothing to work with. Also from 1999 " The Bone Collector " with Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie. Washington playing a quadripelgic homicide detective on the hunt for a serial killer, Jolie as his partner zero chemistry between them, with an idiotic plot also included at no extra charge!
