Laminitis set in and Hugable Tom had to be euthanized. It was then that the state used the opportunity to chase Jacobson, whose legendary father Buddy had been involved in the wild and notorious Melanie Cain love triangle murder case, off the racetrack. It was hardly a case of animal abuse.)

Thanks for giving a more complete picture of the situation. It's easy to get stirred up and manipulated by careless and/or malicious journalism.
