It shouldn't have even taken as long as it did, Proviso had to come down.
I had thought it was taking a while as well, but on the Keeneland race video, I noticed Rajiv Maragh getting off his horse to go talk to the stewards, seemingly, five minutes after the race was run. Not sure if it took them a while to come back, but that had to be part of it.
