Honestly I never heard of it until my google search just now. I pretty much stick to the concepts of "Clean Eating" and have felt a million times better than 10 years ago when I wasn't..

Yeah, me too. Nothing processed.

What's cool about slow food is they can help you find good sources of clean and locally raised produce, meats, etc.

And real corn, not the candy stuff!

One thing I really love about where I live now is that there are so many places that support natural and local foods.

Yeah man, same here! I moved from LA to Southern Maine, and alot of the reason was for that.

The only thing I ever go to a grocery store for is bananas! I've also taken up bow hunting this year.

I get all my meats and produce from within ten miles of here, and I often go out in the woods for wild apples, berries, grapes, mushrooms, you name it!

I'm trying to find a patch of wild candy corn, but alas, I've had no success with that
