The person who found the voucher is under no obligation to return the voucher to the owners. How does that person know it was really yours? Now if you went to report a lost voucher, the track people will tell you to keep it. Finder keeper, loser weeper.

Euro I disagree. He almost had to have known whose it was. Beyond that kev was asking if anyone had it. It's not finders keepers. Oh look, I found a car out in the parking lot with the keys in it, i might as well take it. Its the same thing. You certainly wouldn't steal a car so why would you steal someones money.

A car has an ownership title to it. Therefore you can prove ownership at anytime. A voucher has no ownership record. Basically, if you pick up a voucher that it isnt yours, it is yours to keep. Kev should have been more careful. It sucks, but you cant always count on people (especially people at the track) to do the right thing.

So you are basically just like the scum who took Kev's voucher, heard him yelling for it, and didn't return it.
Thats a great self endorsement Seattle.
