Big difference. OBVIOUSLY, the person heard Kevin ranting and raving and wasn't honest. If I found $100 on the street, looked around and didn't see anyone frantically searching or saying that they lost $100, then hell yeah, it's mine. But that isn't the case here.

ok heres my stance, If i knew whos it was or if I heard someone causing and uproar id give it back, if it was just there I wouldnt turn it in or make an effort to return it.
