get this - the tickets that are run thru the totes the day before at beulah park are taken out the next day. soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

my dude plays a similar prank on this scumbag lowlife who smooches off EVERYONE. he lays out this voucher by the tote that was run thru the tote from the day before that was worth something like $145, dated the day before.

dumbas walks RIGHT UP seeing the voucher and smiles. this is at 11am, so he can not cash it and i am sitting at a table near by seeing this all unfold.

bout an hour later (it was in the winter last year and aqueduct is always the first track at beulah this time of year to open up) he strolls to a machine, it keeps spitting it out. dumbas goes to a teller and they run it thru - next thing i know he is throwing his hat on the ground
