Am I missing something? Why isn't the filly getting an 11 pound weight break over Lord Kipling not on top of everyone's list?

Never run on dirt and never gone beyond a mile and an eighth. A career high Beyer of 71 doesn't help much either although I'm sure she looks better on the Sheets with a lot of wide trips.
