I'm sure Zito wishes Da Tara fit the conditions here. This purse is bigger than the stakes he just ran in.

I'll take the Brazillian #4 New Fandan at the price. His race 2 back at 1 7/8 although on poly might win this. I am expecting ES to be Lord Kip with Benzel's Mr Again pressing him from the onset which may allow a closer like NF to pick up the pieces as possibly the best late comer in this marathon....anywhere close to 10 or 12 to 1 is definitely worth a play here.

Am I missing something? Why isn't the filly getting an 11 pound weight break over Lord Kipling not on top of everyone's list?

Never run on dirt and never gone beyond a mile and an eighth. A career high Beyer of 71 doesn't help much either although I'm sure she looks better on the Sheets with a lot of wide trips.

How often do you see a race like this where a horse already has a win at the distance?

New Fandan Horse seems to relish the longer distances, he sits way off the pace here and is the last one standing

I was far more impressed when he did it with 138 pounds.
