Watching him run from Gazebo to clubhouse burning two cigarettes and punching his NYRA card into a machine is about as close to twitter as I want to be with this guy. What could be next for NYRA?

I am sure of one of two things either you are just kidding around or your aren't.

Assuming you are fooling around.. have you noticed that chix dig him?

If you are serious then it would be better to comment on how he should do his job better and why you find his work unsatisfactory then to worry about cigarettes..

I am not sure NYRA could have found more diligent and brighter handicapper. Other then the Belulah twins that is.
