How incredibly confident must Pletcher be in Munnings to send him to the Haskell instead of the Dandy?

You can go ahead and take Pastel Gal (#12) out of the Lake Luzerne. She isnt sound enough to run and will be retired.

That decision is probably more about trying to make him a stallion for the Coolmore folks. It's a Grade I instead of a Grade II, and if you had a sprinter, would you try to have him get 9F at Monmouth or Saratoga? Pretty easy choice.
