Why use facts when you have "a brother" in the business who is almighty all powerful and all knowing being.
The same brother who supposedly told him how great that Klepto Cat is, she was beaten like a drum in a 35 claimer the other day. Ho hum.

My brother does not give me horses to bet and Braxton is her first name. My brother actually does not bet at all.

Why does every thread somehow divert to Funny Cide or Dracula (Barclay Tagg)? Its as tired a subject as Polytrack, P Val's drug problems and NYRA's money problems.

And I respectfully disagree that Funny Cide's 2nd to Evening Attire was any more than a suck up 2nd over a bunch of billygoats. EVening Attire won in dramatic fashion pulling away easy from Funny Cide that day. "Solid" is a little overdoing it there

It has been suggested to me that the sister in law Braxton that Nos is referencing is likely Braxton Lynch.. Sales Director at Three Chimneys...

I'll let Nos take it from here, but I would expect that confirmation of the above should go a long way to re-focusing discussions on facts and opinions as opposed to where info may come from and the frequent ugliness that tangent produces...

She is not my sister in law. They both do a lot of work in the yearling market and have known each other forever. Glenn Graetz who used to work for John Ward is also there.

Nostra thats cool. But again, there are very many of us on here who know players in the game at the highest level. Owners, trainers, jockeys, agents, breeding farm owners, etc. They are just people, and in most cases lousy handicappers. The worst in many cases.
They tend to have tunnel vision in regards to the horses that they are connected to in some way. Now sometimes they do have good info regarding firsters. But the passion that they have for the horse that they are connected to tends to cloud lots of judgement.

Yes, couldnt have said it better myself. Nobody is really that impressed with who anyone knows. Unless you know Tiger Woods or Roger Federer. That would mean something. "Tips" on horses are about as useful as a week old newspaper.
