This is a good one...

When I placed this bet, Twinspires was NOT aware that the 12 was scratched in the 8th race. It keep telling me that I could not place the bet because of a scratch, but wasn't showing me that the 12 WAS scratched.
I called them and they had to research it. The supervisor called back and said that they had to look at the video from Del Mar to find out about the late scratches (12 and 1) and thus there was no bet. Apparently I actually tried to do this 3 times before the race went off. Very weird stuff and something to keep in mind when you get a message about scratches in multi's. He said if it happens again, to check the program page and not Twinspires TV and see if it is correct.
