I don't care of the guy was in his seat with seat belt on or not...

If the autopsy comes back head bleed leading to an arrest as cause of death the airline is on the hook as being at fault

They're saying it's most likely a heart attack (attributed to his hypertension.) Gee, shocking that this man had hypertension.
