6/24- $155k Belmont C/O Contest/Discussion

[Gaelic Storm]

I just watched the race from 5/20/09 with WC Jones and Mind Boggling. Mind Boggling looked like he had a good rail trip but was a little hesitant to go inside a horse in the stretch and ran on well when he got free. WC Jones ha a good trip but was wide and was passed by a horse to his inside. Mind Boggling will be a better price today WC has more upside but if you like 1 I think you have to play both. Didn't anyone see that race differently? Cough Drop looked like he deserves another chance.

Personally, and maybe he will be bailed out by the other half of the entry, I don't see how anyone could take a short price on WC Jones. I thought he was absolutely brutal last time.

i thought maragh's ride was pretty poor last time and off of an 11 month layoff the effort was pretty good. in his race before the layoff he ran his last 5/16ths in 28.4...a repeat of that effort is good for the win here, no?
