4th race: 7 - most likely as chavez/gullo on fire...6 - 1ster works out as fast as the others have run...

5th race: 2 - sciacca's italian charge should win here, ramon a plus...3 - fiona fraud, how many chances?
EDIT:OFF THE TURF - 13 beat nobody but did it easily...130k purchase probably outclasses these as well...plus he's a byk single and he's on fire right now...

6th race: 1POE - if not for the tagg next door would be the lock of the day...2 - tagg next door only one that can beat the favorite
EDIT: Race got a whole lot more difficult (or saved me from peril according to Andy) with the scratch of WC Jones...add Dutrow's colt as a replacement...looks best of those with a recent race under his belt...

7th race: 4 of them can win (4,5,6,7), 4 of them can't (the others)...don't really care for the 7 all that much and like the 6 the best of the remaining 3

8th race: 6 - surprise package at 15-1...throw out last (ugly incident) and her times from last year are the fastest even though her figs aren't

9th race: in order of preference...9,3,1,7...9 cuts back and drops, winner...3 - weaver due...1 and 7 logical out of same race...

6-7/13/1-2/4-5-6/6/1-3-7-9

EDIT: PK6 after scratches 6-7/13/2-4/4-5-6/6/1-3-7

The frauds are the connections, who always seem to put Fiona in a situation where she has to do all the running. Look at her races, she's always in the mix -- at the wrong time, given the setups -- running her heart out. I suppose, sooner or later, she just might get a patient trip.

You are right. Horse has received some bad rides/early moves certainly in her last 3. But I do wonder how can the same horse be ridden so poorly by so many different jocks? Hard to bet her to win. Especially at 2/1! And Corny showed in the last race that he didn't learn much from his mount on her in early May. I like the Sciacca horse on the drop if they stay on the turf but the 8, Dear Contender, is interesting at 10/1. If it comes off, Donna's Sandee, Green Harbor and Quonata look interesting. When am I ever gonna be able to handicap a NY race without so many considerations for the weather!?!?!

Save perhaps the 8th race, please don't bet tomorrow.

Probably not, but she's a big price, and obviously her last was better than it looks. I would use her defensively.

The 5th is off the turf......good news for everyone that seems so enamored with Sciacca's horse.

I just watched the race from 5/20/09 with WC Jones and Mind Boggling. Mind Boggling looked like he had a good rail trip but was a little hesitant to go inside a horse in the stretch and ran on well when he got free. WC Jones ha a good trip but was wide and was passed by a horse to his inside. Mind Boggling will be a better price today WC has more upside but if you like 1 I think you have to play both. Didn't anyone see that race differently? Cough Drop looked like he deserves another chance.

lol, do they have a turf course at Belmont? Had more moisture over-night. But I'll be checking.

Default Paging Captain Caveman...

R4: 1,5,7
R5: 2
R6: 1,2,3,4,7
R7: 4,5,7,8
R8: 3,4,6,8
R9: 1,2,7,12

$1,920

I am taking stand in Race 5 by singling #2 Tutti Va Bene. Single allows me to go deeper in Races 6-9. I had stronger opinion about my "B" horses and abandoned "C" horses in favor of caveman ticket approach throughout sequence.

Limited time makes this do-or-die, stay-on-the-turf ticket. Good luck to all... I will get results after work tomorrow evening.
