Reagan deserves about as much credit for events that transpired in Berlin and Moscow during his administration as Rutherford B. Hayes deserves for the fact that the light bulb happened to be invented during his administration.

Obama is a political force the likes of which the country hasnt seen for many years perhaps ever. He is handsome, well dressed, articulate and charming all wrapped up in one extremely charismatic package.

The press writes what the masses want to read. Right now the masses want to read about our wonderful president. All of this of course is subject to change.

I am extremely proud to be represented by a thinking man that, right or wrong, has the best interests of the people at heart. It was embarassing that we actually elected a guy, not once but TWICE, that doesnt believe in evolution. Think about that...and then consider why the media is so in love with this guy.

Of course it will. Plenty of opportunities to stumble when you are the leader of the free world, in trying domestic and international times. The odds of flying through his eight years in office completely intact are nil.

Unemployment is at 9.4%. Remember when Obama and co said their plan would never allow it to get over 8%? You know like a few months ago? what about when it hits 10% +? Are we still gonna get puff pieces about Obama's new suit and good looks? When the dollar crashes and oil continues to rise and gas prices hit $3.50 a gallon you think he will still have a 62% approval rating? There a lot of people in this country that are very much against this regime and birth certificates, race, and religion have nothing to do with it.

The press is supposed to report the news, not give the masses what they want to hear. They are supposed to question politicians pointedly about the issues at hand instead of just drinking the cool-aid. That is what the two articles were about.

LOL. You are questioning WHY the press is so in love with Obama and I told you. Is what I said here true, ridiculous or not?

It seems this forum is almost a microcosm of the way the press handles obama. Half of the people on here love him and he can do no wrong. The other half, yourself included, would rather spend your time smearing his minister then actually talking about the issues.

For the record, one wasnt even an article. It was a blog.
