Put in a good effort, thought Espinoza was a little closer to the pace than I would have liked here. I did not see that 6 here.

I decided to go back and look at the form to see why I thought Strawberry Tart was interesting. She had posted a few good races on dirt this year but had never run on turf...her Tomlinson number for turf was a 328, though.

Yeah I noticed that but the trainer was horrible first time on the turf. Was my 5th choice and seriously considered going 5 wide.

Oh well. The Pick 3 was nice.

She was my 5th choice, too. I liked the 1, 3, 7, and 8 over her. Ah well.
