Looks like that knee surgery was just what she needed. These are some pretty solid works. Can't wait to hear more.

Aldebutante worked Sunday in a perfectly even :48.0 half mile yesterday... Did it on her own without company and under no urging. Galloped out 5f in 1:02.0. Cooled out quickly and was her usual leaping, squealing self afterwards. Returned to the track this morning with the pony and was very good. Cherie said Aldebutante was more relaced in yesterday's effort than in the work the previous week and feels good under her.

One noticeable change in the filly since last fall is how much taller she has gotten. As a result, she is covering a greater amount of ground with her longer stride. She is scheduled to work one more time on the 7 day schedule (6/7) before tightening up to a 6 days work tab (6/13; 6/20; 6/26). At that point, she ideally could be approaching a start for early-mid July.
