I was at the Valley on Friday, in the yard he still looked like he might have needed the run. Asa Magic said, from that wide barrier and was alsways going to find it hard. He came home well, though.
Nicconi was the horse to follow though, Williams butchered him! Eurell has said today that both Apache and Mic Mac will follow the same paths this spring. They will both run in the Moir stakes on Cox Plate day and then go on to compete in the Patinack farm classic on the final day of Flemington.
